Farin Innovations is looking for a hands-on Web Design & Development leader who will oversee and project manage design and web developmentprojects for Farin Innovations, Inc. (FARIN) client websites, including content and revenue products.

The Director of Project Management and Design is responsible for interacting and coordinating with key IT, front-end development, back-end development, clients, vendors and business partners regarding requirements, timelines, technical issues and project status.

The Director must be passionate about finding new ways to deliver the best web design and development experience to our clients. He or she must lead the design and development team, working in a collaborative, user-focused environment to blend new technologies and proven systems to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients.

The Director of Project Management and Design should be a strong coach/partner/leader, who excels at mentoring, motivating and gaining the respect of cross-company and cross-functional team members.

You should be a hands-on self-starter who is as comfortable making technical, creative and strategic decisions as the designers and developers themselves. A proven track record in delivering quality products on time and with high customer satisfaction is a must.

The Director will work with and take direction from the VP of Client Management for Farin Innovations.

5+ years of Project management experience
5+ years of Project management success related to managing CSS3; HTML5; Jquery; AJAX; MYSQL; PHP and other open source platform devleopment projects.
4+ years Project management experience for web development projects within CMS environments.
5+ years of experience demonstrating strong User Experience Mockup skills.

Our corporate B2B client is in need of 1 or 2 Online Marketing Specialists, with varying levels of experience (between junior to midlevel).

Our client is experiencing rapid growth and could use some solid help for their account services team!

You will be working closely with online marketing managers to assist in execution of client's online marketing plans, customer communication, reporting and problem solving. You will also help in the management of bidding strategies on comparison shopping engines, develop and optimize content surrounding products, generate marketing reports, provide analysis, and coordinate with customers calendars for product launches, etc.

The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience managing performance based online marketing programs for a retailer or direct-to-consumer marketer. You will need to know how to compile and analyze data and possess a strong understanding of online marketing venues, search listing providers, 3rd party SEM tools, tracking tools, etc.

*Content must be somewhat relevant to the client and publisher
