As our Sr. Manager Design Business Operations, you’ll be expected to bring the same passion for performance, innovation and talent that you love about adidas when performing the tasks below.

This position is responsible for managing the Business Operations of the design department under the guidance of the Creative Director. This position assures that the operational, and finance and team development requirements to run the global design department are met. This individual works closely with our footwear, apparel, graphics and technical design team, but this individual is not responsible for creative output themselves.

In this role you will be supporting the Performance Design department including footwear (basketball, running, training, cleated), apparel and graphics. This role is the business/operations partner to our Creative Director.
