In seeking to grow the scale of its impactful technical assistance and capacity building services, which it has provided to over 100 organizations nationwide, the Clinic has determined that it must move its curricula and material to an electronic, internet-based platform. We have underway an e-learning, practitioners’ community that comes equipped with customer assessments, coaching tools, and data collection pathways designed to support the provision of financial development services to the working poor across the country.

At its core, the Clinic seeks a Multimedia and Web Consultant to accomplish the following:
Enable the Clinic to re-sale its financial development curriculum called the ToolKit;
Create the capacity for the Clinic to link financial service products and tools from other sectors to its materials;
Distribute its growing repository of virtual trainings around financial development; and,
Create a user community in either a forum or group-content distribution format, i.e., Wiki.

Skills Required

Given the breadth of the above primary deliverable, the Clinic seeks a candidate who has working knowledge (or demonstrates immense ability to learn) the following standards and technologies:
CMS Experience;
Interactive UI design;
Salesforce CRM (or similar online constituent relationship management databases);
Adobe Connect (or similar conference/training platform);
DRM Server-side software to assist in intellectual property protection; and,
Shopping Cart Implementation.

Selection Criteria
Experience in web development, design and production of at least 3 years;
Excellent website production skills include: HTML (from scratch coding cherished), CSS, PHP, etc.;
At least two years’ experience in Salesforce CRM;
Proficient in working in Adobe Creative and Web Suites, including (in particular) Photoshop and Flash;
Good work ethic and self-starting attitude;
Strong attention to detail is a must to ensure content and development meets identified specifications; and,
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to synthesize massive amounts of information to develop poignant web specifications that meet client needs..
