This position requires a self starter with little supervision to work in an overall support role to the office and assist the owner with various office and administative tasks either virtually or physically. Typical work activities: * MUSThave un-supervisory office experience • Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests. • Producing documents, reports and presentations. • Liaising with suppliers, clients and other staffs. • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post. • Running business and official errands • Accounts Payable • Also you will be doing some evaluation shopping on behalf of the company when need arise. (Survey purposes) • Handling and monitoring some of financial activities. * You'll be sent the starter pack needed to carry out these tasks (official phone-line, adapter, printer, computer/laptop e.t.c) which you're to return after the 1st 2 weeks task even if you end up being employed or not by us.
