Patch Seeks Freelance Reporters & Columnists in Greenwich and Norwalk, Conn.
Writers: Looking for a chance to sharpen your skills reporting for a local news site? Become a freelance reporter for «old link» in Norwalk or Greenwich.
Patch has launched hundreds of community news sites across the country and our latest additions will be in Norwalk and Greenwich.
Reporters must be experienced, live in or near the community, and be able to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have some photography experience and his or her own camera. Specifically, we are looking for reporters interested in covering hard news, such as town government and education issues, as well as those interested in feature writing or photography and videography.
We also seek columnists who want to focus on specific topics. The ideal candidate will be a clear and concise writer interested in local issues, trends or topics.
Compensation is on a per-article or per-column basis. Steady work is available.
