Orbital Alliance is an up-and-coming web strategy company that was started by a group of individuals who all worked together for almost a dozen years, but wanted to start our own company. We wanted to be part of a company where we all had a vested interest in the future growth and expansion of our own company.
Our current workload and projected workload over the next year has reached a point where we need to get assistance and help from others to maintain the high-level of quality work and customer service we demand upon ourselves.
At Orbital Alliance, it's all about enjoying what we do, and only working for clients that appreciate what we do. We like to think that we pick our clients just as much as our clients pick us. We take great pride in what we do, and we only want to work with the best. We're laid back, and we all enjoy working together.
From a design standpoint, we don't care if you only have a few years experience or if you haven't worked for Fortune 500 companies, we just care about your work and what you can do. We love initiative, and we want to work with creative individuals who can work on their own, can take the requirements set forth and provide additional thoughts and ideas into their work, and not have to be over-managed or only do as they are told.
We definitely could see this relationship grow from just a freelance position to one that could be full-time contract (if desired) depending on the work and how you interact with the team.
